Are you over the age of 16 and have received a cancer diagnosis in the last 12 months? If so, researchers from the University of Chester, Queen’s University of Belfast, University of Edinburgh, McGill University, Canada and the University of Sydney would like to invite you to take part in an interesting new study.

Incentives As a thank you for participating in the research, each time you complete a questionnaire, you will be entered in to a prize draw where you have the chance of winning a £50 Amazon voucher. Additionally, everyone who completes all questionnaire will be entered in to a prize draw where you have the chance of winning an iPad mini.
