Youth Cancer Trust would like to thank Sue Sadler, the Trustees and supporters of the Claire Sadler Trust Fund for donating the funds held by the charity on its closing this year. The Fund wanted to give the leftover balance to a charity, which has a shared vision of supporting teenagers and young adults with cancer in the provision of support holidays – fortunately for us Youth Cancer Trust was chosen as the beneficiary charity! The funding will help sustain the charity moving forward and has helped provide income at a time when it is very much needed. Thank you.
Sue Sadler, Trustee and Founder of The Claire Sadler Trust Fund says “We spent many months looking into various charities to see which one we would like our sponsors’ donations to benefit, to enable our good work to continue within the criteria of giving teenagers with cancer a well deserved holiday. The trustees were happiest with the work Youth Cancer Trust achieves in providing holidays for teenagers and young people with cancer. I hope and know that our funds will go toward a very good cause and give another charity the chance to help many more beneficiaries.”
